5.0 out of 5 stars Great for big babies! (Instead of using a bouncer), September 15, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Fisher-Price Deluxe Infant to Toddler Rocker, Alpha Fun (Baby Product)
I'm a first time mom, of a big (not fat) but long and solid baby boy. We originally had him in a bouncer when he was a newborn. Had I realized that our baby would grow so fast and weigh so much by 4 months of age, I would have purchased this rocker instead. It holds a whopping 40 lbs! Our son weighs 20 lbs and he's 4 months old. Our traditional bouncer (Fisher Price Little Lambs Collection)-- hold only 25 lbs, as most do. So this rocker could have saved us a good $80 if we would have bought this instead. I love how brightly colored the rocker is. Our son never grabs a hold of toys, but when he's in this rocker he loves grabbing the toys on the toy bar (which can easily be removed for getting baby in and out.) Our baby is long-- and he loves to kick, so when he's in his bouncer it usually hit his feet, but in this rocker he can kick all he wants and he won't get hurt at all. I love how you can either put baby in the A. Rocking position/ or B. Stationary position. This way... Read more

2.0 out of 5 stars Puts pressure on baby's head and could flatten it, January 2, 2011
This review is from: Fisher-Price Deluxe Infant to Toddler Rocker, Alpha Fun (Baby Product)
We bought this chair before my baby was born because we wanted something to place him in while we did some chores and ate meals. It is nice because it grows with the baby. I will warn you that in the infant position (leaned back), it can put a lot of pressure on your newborn's soft head. After a couple of months of use (maybe two hours total each day), we started to notice that our son's head was flat in the back. Our peditrician said it could be from using an infant seat or bouncer. We realized that the infant position really did put pressure on the back of his head. As he got bigger, we were able to put him in the rocking position and it did not put as much pressure on his head and his head started to fill out in the back. We are not using the seat as much now because we want to avoid putting any pressure on his head if possible. We are starting to use a Bebe Pod since he is able to sit up in it.

We are going to save the seat and use it as a toddler chair. If you want a... Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Infant to Toddler Rocker, February 5, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Fisher-Price Deluxe Infant to Toddler Rocker, Alpha Fun (Baby Product)
This is my 3rd Fisher-Price Infant to Toddler Rocker. This Deluxe one is my favorite as it appears to be made a littler stronger and bigger. One would ask, why would I buy three.....because I have a 3 year old, a 2 year old, and now a 5 month old. The 3 year old and 2 year old still use them every day. My 5 month old slept in it for the 1st three months; it was perfect because I could transport him to any room when he fell asleep to try and keep him away from his brothers that don't understand what quiet means. I love that this is something that he can grow into, as well. It's awfully adorable to see the three chairs lined up in front of the television; we have our own little home theater seating. Would definitely recommend; just wish they had this deluxe model out for my other two boys.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Highchair, August 21, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Fisher Price Dreamsicle 3 n 1 HC to Booster (Baby Product)
I bought this highchair and put it together the other day. Love the color, the style, the look. I bought it also because is goes from a high chair to a space saving high chair to a booster. I love how high the chair is when it is on the highest setting. Makes it easy to feed my kids. Great with a 5 point harness. The ONLY thing that I do not like about it is that it does not recline. I bought for my 3 month old and he still is not able to use it since he is not that close to sitting up yet. Hopefully soon, great highchair and a great buy. Easy to fold to get it out of the way, but you will want to leave it out because it is such a great looking chair.

5.0 out of 5 stars makes potty training easy, September 29, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Fisher-Price Ducky Fun 3-in-1 Potty (Baby Product)
My toddler LOVES this potty chair. she actually will stop the flow, and empty the bowl herself, put it back together and sit down and finish just so she can hear the music play again. Doesn't even ask for her stickers after doing the deed, listening to the fun music is reward in itself plus the positive feedback from Mommy.
The chair is sturdy and does not slip on our tile floors (we've packed it up to carry to friends houses), easy to clean and I like the versatility (can take off the ring and place on an adult size toilet, take off the deflector shield and can fold down the back and use as a step stool).
My only issues are: 1) that it is easy to clean except for 2 small areas if urine is spilled into the base when removing the bowl -- you need to use a thin towel, toothbrush, q-tip or just rinse and empty to clean. 2)to remove the ring you lift it straight up - which is no problem but at first my toddler wanted to push it up like it was a real hinged toilet seat which... 5.0 out of 5 stars Grandson loved it!!, July 6, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Fisher-Price Ducky Fun 3-in-1 Potty (Baby Product)
I purchased this to encourage my grandson....however all it encouraged was for him to play with the potty...I think the cuteness factor is a distraction. Might work with with your little one, but didn't for ours. I gave the product 5 stars because it is great quality, the music was great and it can be used as they grow....its not their fault my grandson didn't use it.

1.0 out of 5 stars Too many parts, March 15, 2012
By
This review is from: Fisher-Price Ducky Fun 3-in-1 Potty (Baby Product)
This potty is more of a toy to my son. There are way too many pieces to deal with, and the splash guard is horrible. Every time he sits down on the potty he knocks the splash guard out of place & it hurts him. I would not recommended this potty. We ended up with the $12.99 Fisher-Price Frog potty. The splash guard is built in to the seat, and it's all just one piece. Way less mess and my son loves it! He's not even two yet and he's already potty trained!
