We had a Fisher Price bouncer for our daughter 3yrs ago and decided to buy another for our little boy. It's a great bouncer! Nice vibrating feature that soothes a cranky baby and bright colors to keep him interested. I don't see why the previous reviewer gave it only 1 star. The legs are suppose to be spaced out...that's how it works! It's no different than any other bouncer we've seen or previously owned. It's absolutely worth the money!

My baby LOVES his monkey bouncer- he's used it since birth. While I can't hold him all the time, it's great for when you need to do daily chores (dishes, showers, cooking, etc). However, now that he's a little older- 3months- he loves playing with the rattle toys on it and watches the lights when they go off. I actually use it now more than ever b/c it makes him smile and wave his arms and legs with joy-- I even sing to him with the music. The fleece material the seat is made of is very soft & easy to remove for cleaning- very important for when baby out-potties his pants. As for the batteries this bouncer requires, it's been 3 months and we still haven't had to change them. (I do like to keep the music playing even when my son isn't using the bouncer, especially for his tummy-time exercises). We don't use the vibrating base much b/c he's not very fussy, but I can see how this would help soothe fussy ones. I wish I could give this bouncer more than 5 stars b/c my son loves it so... VERY easy to assemble: It took me about 15 minutes to assemble this chair including searching my office for a screwdriver and soothing my 3 month old. There are 4 screws in the frame construction, 1 on the vibrations battery cover and 2 on the toy bar battery cover. Put the batteries into everything first. :)

The Chair: The seat cover is soft and cozy. The back of the seat cover (the pocket used to keep the cover on the seat frame) is not as nice as it could be - it pulled when I popped off the tags. (I didn't cut the plastic bits that held the tags on - but who does when there's a 3 month old being fussy?) It seems fine but but I will be keeping an eye on the pulls through washings and such.

It's very stable - the non-skid feet make sure of that.

I have an older version of this chair, but it basically looks like the same chair. I've used this high chair for both my kids and love it. It easily rolls from the kitchen into the dining room. I can roll my daughter into the kitchen so she can watch me while I cook. The tray is convenient and easy to clean. And the seat cover can also be taken off and put in the washing machine. It also comes with a few toys to keep the kids occupied. Overall, this is a great high chair and I would highly recommend it!

if you read the recall info you see that this model does not apply to the recall...this is an excellent high chair. It is definatley not being recalled considering it is illegal to sell recalled merchandise. Im sure it was just a misunderstanding but this is an excellent high chair and is not expensive at all.

The high Chair is very stable and offers different seat positions, easy to clean tray with compartments. The fabric seat is very attractive, but requires frequent laundering, and is not easy to put back on the chair because the straps have to be reinserted in the slots. However this is still a very good high chair , it can even be folded to put away.

The high chair comes with two toys that are removable. They are not so great because they disrupt the feeding process. They are supposed to distract the waiting baby.

Let me tell why I love this high chair, even though it's garish and looks like a baby took over our condo (well, he did). I was told by other moms in my moms' group that this was the chair to get, and they were right.

It was fairly easy to put together, and once we had it, we've left it unfolded in our dining room. It has 7 height adjustments. We have used two - the highest height and we recently moved it down so that our son can eat at the table with us without the tray. The tray itself is a wonder - it snaps on and off, and has a removable insert that you can wash in the dishwasher. Without the insert, you can snap in a toy with lights and music (batteries not included). There is also a tiger teether tethered to the side of the tray.

The biggest issue with babies when they eat is the mess. So the high priority for us was an easy to clean chair. It fits the bill. The fabric doesn't have any crevices for food to get caught in, and we can wipe it clean... Read more

Fisher-Price has done it again with their Rainforest Deluxe High Chair! It is a quality product and provides an excellent value in terms of its longevity and utility.

My daughter purchased this chair after trying one by Graco and finding it unsuitable for her son. Unlike the Graco, the back of the Fisher-Price Rainforest Deluxe High Chair is not so high as to bother the child using the chair. The large tray is easy to put on and remove; the included toy is a nice extra which can be used to entertain your little one while you are preparing his/her meal. The colorful design on the chair appeals to little ones - yes, it is a bit bright, but then baby equipment usually is. The chair is easy to move. The plastic covering is easily cleanable; the piping appears to be a nylon, parachute-type material and is also easily cleanable. I love this!

I received this for my son in 2007 as a baby shower gift, which I had registered for and it lasted through both my kids. Our 15 month old is still using it. The tray holder in the back for the pop out insert comes in handy and the toy still works great...we have owned this for 3 almost 4 years! I also LOVE how it reclines when the babies fell asleep. It is really easy to adjust (low to the ground so my toddler can color "next" to her brother on his table & higher so she can "sit" at the family table with us).

Only complaint is that the once easy to wipe cover is starting to crack- however the Fisher-Price website has a replacement we can order for about $20, but it has been on back order the last couple times we checked :-(
We used the whole rainforest collection with both our kids & all the products worked out well for our family as we have one boy and our little girl. It is neutral & fun.
